For more than 35 years, Gary has provided programming and design services on numerous projects in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Illinois, South Dakota, Wyoming and Florida. Since establishing Terra Architecture in 1997, Gary has worked as principal planner and designer for many small and large, new, remodel and addition projects. His expertise also includes master planning, cost estimating, facility evaluations and feasibility studies. Gary has significant experience working with owners, owner representatives, community members, city planners and building officials in the design review process. He has a hands-on approach that allows him to identify and meet the clients' needs. Gary is an excellent manager of quality and cost control, and provides the attentiveness and effective communication required to guarantee project success. One of his greatest strengths lies in his ability to provide creative solutions to complex planning and design problems. He is skilled in working with diverse groups o fpeople in the planning and design phases. Gary's work has been the recipient of citations and awards for design excellence from state AIA and client type groups. |

Clinton has worked on a variety of large and complex projects since relocating to Oregon after graduation in 1994. He has worked for Terra Architecture since its establishment. As project manager for Terra Architecture, Clinton has managed the production of design development and construction documents on many new, as well as addition and remodel projects. He also has considerable experience in construction administration, programming, and sustainable design. Clinton's dedication to documents accuracy and construction management services is unparalleled by reference. He has successfully coordinated consultant teams and construction management with a strong sense of quality control, leading to the continuity and success of the projects. He also works closely with regulatory agencies during the planning and building permitting process. Clinton has overseen the design of sustainable features implemented by Terra, achieving LEED Gold certification.
