Terra Architecture was established in 1997, and has provided a full range of services to government clients throughout Oregon and Washington.  Principal Gary Barker created the firm with the sole intent of providing better services to municipal clients.  We have developed an understanding of the intricacies that public projects can present.  Terra relies on our basic work performance; our ability to provide our public clients with the absolute best attention to their needs and circumstances. Our belief is that a smaller firm with fewer projects and distractions is more capable of responding to the requirements of complex projects with speed and accuracy.  In the past eight years, we have proven this concept successful, securing repeat work from our clients.
